Hello! I’m Stephanie and I am the content creator for the Blonde Style Blog! I started blogging in 2015 as a creative outlet – my husband and I had just relocated to a small town for his job and I found myself with some extra time on my hands. I’ve always loved writing and fashion, so that’s why I decided to start this blog!
A little bit about me: I’m Iowa born and raised and a University of Iowa alum. I love fashion, beauty, style, traveling, eating and I believe a good drink with family and/or friends can fix almost anything. I try my hardest to be healthy, and most of the time I am, but sometimes I just really want french fries. I love Bravo!, fashion magazines and shopping online. I’m a wife to my husband, Brian, and a mama to my two girls, Elle and Emma and my 13 year old puggle, Fletch. I’m trying to figure life out one day at a time – and I appreciate you taking this journey with me!
Blonde Style Blog has changed quite a bit over the last 5 years. I definitely don’t post as often as I did at first because life has just gotten SO busy! We have moved three times, had some career and lifestyle changes, and I had two kids! This started out as just somewhere to share my outfits, but then I started adding in some recipes, some travel posts, parties, and now I also share a little bit about my experience as a mom to my two girls! Fashion is still number one, but if I feel inspired by it, I write about it!
My style is pretty basic and mostly casual but still chic, and while I love a good splurge, I love a steal even more. So here is where you’ll find affordable style, basics dressed up or down, accessories, beauty recs, gift guides, and more. If you’re looking for luxury, look elsewhere! If you’re looking for Target and Amazon hauls, I’m your girl!
