One thing I have not let slip this quarantine is (most of) my self care and skincare. I mean, I turned 37 this year, so taking care of my skin is a top priority! I am however in desperate need of a pedicure, highlight and haircut, but you know… COVID.
I started using this Nivea creme after I saw people saying it was similar to La Mer at a much, much lesser price tag. So far, I’ve been happy with it! I’ve never used La Mer, so I can’t compare, but it’s thick and moisturizing without being too greasy, so that’s a plus! And it’s only like, $1 or less, so worth a try!
A biggie for me is vitamin C, I first used an Ole Henricksen product and while I liked it, I didn’t love it. My sister started using the Sunday Riley C.E.O Glow at the same time and she loved it, so I decided to give it a try. I wish I had started with this one, because I have seen such an improvement in my skin in a short amount of time! This is definitely one that I’ll be sticking with!
Another item I can’t live without is the Color Fanatic from Pureology. My best friend/hair stylist got me hooked, and I’m not big on hair products but this stuff I love! Conditions, moisturizes, detangles – it truly does it all!
